Hey hey,
I'm a French guy who likes to travel and to meet people from all over the world. I'm actually living in South France in Cannes with my girlfriend (Stéphanie ARLT, certified CS member) where we enjoy the sunny weather and the seaside.
We already host some travellers (bikers) through another webportal and really enjoyed meeting all kind of people walking/biking over the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For the 2 next weeks I'm discovering the Portugal, specially the south.
I travel with my girlfriend, backpacking.
We've got everything we need to camp but we're always up to meet some new people and share about their lives and way of life.

Interests

I practice krav maga (self defense method )for 5 years now and really enjoy boxing and martial arts in general ( the philosophy and the discipline are what i'm looking for in it, not the violence).
I've practice a lot of other sport like roller skating for 15years, basketball and football for few years before, snowboarding as well! 🤙
I enjoy every sporting activity in general and definitely want to try surfing.

I love reggae music, but also rock/hard rock, blues,jazz and Some electronic sounds as well.
I like tribal vibes.
I used to practice didgeridoo, the feeling is so deep and pure!
Since I discovered podcasts I don't read a lot anymore but I'm interested in self development, communicatio, sociology and management/leadership.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I live my life as I want to, no strings attached, I just enjoy living all the ways I want. I think it is pretty amazing since almost everybody I know is stuck in there lives with barrels they built themselves.
Also I tattooed my body quite a lot (still there's a lot of space left).

"discipline equals freedom" (Jocko willing) , I try to put it in my life, it makes sence when I manage to do it.
I begin to follow the Wim Hof Method (the Iceman) and want to go deeper in this journey :
Breathing technic and cold bath/shower That increase your adrenaline/dopamine levels and boost your immune system.

I think living is meeting people and learn from them. All I want in this life is become a better person mentally and physically, nothing else matters (quite a good song ;) )
