About Me
MOVEMENT: for a long time I've been helping solve people's movement and pain problems.
The Feldenkrais Method is about learning how different and better ways to move so your longstanding problems can be bypassed and even disappear. Because Feldenkrais is about learning for yourself, you don't need to come to a professional to get something 'done' to you; instead, you learn the techniques to look after yourself and find your own, sustainable, long lasting solutions.
In addition to group and private sessions for 'normal adults' ( :-) )I work with children with handicaps, social comportment challenges. I have 2 kids, and live and work in Potsdam.
PUBLIC SPEAKING
I've been active in learning public speaking skills in a safe and non-threatening environment (Toastmasters), since 2003.
Toastmasters is a worldwide organisation, and the world's best public speaking skills organisation outside of your family where you first learnt to speak. People come to conquer their fear, or to gain skills to use in their workplace. There are clubs in Berlin, and in 2018 we trialled a club in Potsdam, which we may develop further in the future. Get in touch if you want better public speaking in your life or work!
