Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking to connect with locals and experience the cities I visit like they do.
I had multiple foreign exchange students when I was in high school and made life long friends with them. I feel like this a perfect way to learn about the local culture.
I'm looking for a host not just a place to crash. Though I do honestly understand people lead busy lives and I won't say no to a place to crash.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived and worked in Death Valley National Park, one of the lowest and hottest places on earth. I lived there almost a year and that summer it reached 133 F (56.11 C). I have also played on the golf course which is the world's lowest.

I work in IT by trade so I can help you with computer, network, or smart TV. I can also contribute some groceries or take you for a coffee.
