Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing is an amazing opportunity for both the host and the guest! I've tried it in Spain which was very successful. You can learn a lot from it. So of course I want to offer visitors to sleep at my place. At the moment I don't have a lot of space, though, so you'll have to be prepared to sleep on a mattress on the floor.
I hope to get many more good experiences with Couchsurfing both as a host and as a visitor. I enjoy travelling a lot and learning from the local people!

Interests

I spend a lot of time at university and I've involved myself quite a lot in the volunteer work there, but in my sparetime I like to run, play soccer, play music (guitar and flute), hike, and do other sorts of sports. Besides from that I enjoy sitting at a café with friends and a cup of good coffee a lot. And obviously I'm interested in history! So hopefully I can make a good opponent playing Trivial Pursuit or so.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy lots of different kinds of music. The Beatles, Van Morrison, Bon Iver, Ben Howard, Adele, Coldplay, Sia etc. I think there's a lot of good music out there.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On the countryside in the south of Spain: Jumped off of a pretty high cliff into a lake with the clearest, blue water on a 30 degrees celsius sunny day with no other people in sight than my best friend who jumped with me.
