Involvement in the gay community especially focused on gay men coming out after being married as well as gay men who want to be fathers.

ABOUT ME

Fairly easy going, father of two amazing kids. I came out 5 years ago and life has changed so much for the better. I can be pretty quiet until I am comfortable in a situation/environment. Grew up Mormon, no longer am after coming out.

PHILOSOPHY

Live with an open mind, say yes to new experiences, challenge personal/cultural beliefs by stepping away from them and seeing through other's eyes. Live by a personal code of authenticity, honesty, and integrity.

Interests

I love to explore. I caught the travel bug last year and love seeing the world. I hope to see more of it, I also enjoy getting involved in the community. I have been heavily involved in the gay community in SLC through support groups etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling to a tiny island in Indonesia was eye opening and life changing. Aside from seeing different cultures I met my future husband there.

Teach, Learn, Share

We would be a kinder, more loving world if we challenged stereotypes, social stigmas, and simply what we see sensationalized on TV. Traveling has been one of the best ways for me to have a better world view. Every American should step outside our borders in their lifetime. We would have much less fear of the world.
