COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Brief so far. But enough to know I don´t like people who don´t bother to answer requests, even if it is to reject them. I answer all my requests.

Intereses

Travelling definitely. Meeting interesting people while travelling. Finding exciting new things to do with my life. Just now my last new things is learning to cook... that is, becoming a professional cook.

Música, películas y libros

Salman Rushdie on the baroque side. Nadine Gordimer on the austere side. Vargas Llosa and Garcia Marquez as Spanish is my first language. To anyone interested in exciting spanish writers I can recommend Javier Marías, trasnlated into many languages and for me the next candidate to a Nobel prize in Spanish.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Parachute jumping? on the trivial, adrenaline reading of "amazing". On a more serious note, having lived in Mozambique for more than one year, and in Zambia for six months, working in development projects was pretty amazing to me.

I can make a good tortilla de patatas... and a couple of other Italian and Spanish recipes. I like discussing international politics... especially cooperation as I have worked in that field.
