About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Stimulation of the mind, spirit, and physical being. Reaching out and making the world a little smaller and a little more friendly.

ABOUT ME

I'm a Korean-born, U.S.-raised girl. (My biological brother and I were adopted.) I was responsible and went to college, and did very well in fact, but I don't feel like it's my time yet to dedicate myself to "responsibility". The last few years has seen me working at a Coyote Ugly knockoff, dancing and slinging drinks and just general rowdiness. I really loved doing that. But, it's my nature to travel. I tended bar for three years, which is the longest time that I've stayed stationary. I thought that it was time to pick up and GO! So, Australia, here I Come!!!

PHILOSOPHY

I live for a deeper understanding of who I am and for the world around me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Dancing movies really get me going. I'm currently reading a lot of Australia travel books! The last good book I read that doesn't have to do with Australia would have to be East of Eden by John Steinbeck. My favorite band in all the world would have to be the Counting Crows. Man, they are Good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Been to Buddhist temples in Korea. Met my biological father, half sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, and grandmother. Bicycled around Tokyo. Smoked in Amsterdam. Walked in the Roman Colosseum. Climbed the dome of St. Peter's. Bicycled to the German border. Soaked in natural hot springs in Iceland. Rode a mechanical bull in Mexico. Tried out for the Ultimate Coyote Ugly.

Teach, Learn, Share

I make a mean curry and a darn good honey ginger chicken. I know how to crotchet, but I'm a leftie, so it may be difficult to teach anyone else unless your a leftie as well. I know how to mix a couple drinks. Just learned to ride a motorcycle a couple of years ago, although mine does quite a bit more sitting than moving, unfortunately.

Countries I’ve Visited

Iceland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands

Countries I’ve Lived In

South Korea, United States
