HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have access to tons of cool artists houses in seattle...I also sleep in a really cool kung fu school sometimes...and lastly we have an organic farm with year round camping... seasonal weather... seasonal gear...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Its been a while since i surfed..but i had some great experiences growing up as a youth needing places to stay...I have always been a surfer and allowed many many to surf my spots too... i finished high school surfing...quit many jobs to couch surf...couch surfed as a parent..and found my son really enjoys the surf too!!!

Interessen

Currently working on a really cool sustainable food production project..Growing and building on an organic farm...so amazing...also as a life long athlete the pursuit of the mind body spirit connections...as well as learning new amazing ways of being healthy..and having fun... lots of fun..

I lead internal strength and meditation class in chinatown seattle...always free..
Teaching and practicing sustainability and art...lets get stronger..i also do one on one dynamic personal training sessions....with corrective exercise designed to eliminate pain and immobility...be stronger now... and happier...
