My most current mission as of this very moment... to be thankful!

ABOUT ME

I am a silly girl. & my boyfriend (or as he prefers, "manfriend") is a goofy guy. We strive to live our lives in the direction God has planned for us. We love everything about soccer, and have a soccer ball w/us everywhere we travel. We enjoy going to local micro breweries, and wont turn down a tasty glass of cab sauv. A fun pub style atmosphere is our favorite. We are from the North West, and we take full advantage of our truely majestic environment! We ski, snowboard, snowshoe, nordic ski, kayak, paddleboard, rock climb, camp, mountain bike, and hike all within 30mi from where we live. If you stay with us, be prepared to go on an adventure... but if that's not your style, we also love listening to local musicians in our area, and going to concerts in Seattle. We love art in many forms. I melt at the sight of good graffiti, and also am humbled in awe of amazing renaissance, impressionism, or early abstract works. Ian drools over history. We love to learn. We love to travel.... let us come to your house. :)

Interests

I'm interested in: continuing to learn and grow from my faith, everything soccer, forests up high in the mountains, TRAVELING ZE VORLD, gardens that grow food, my darlin boyfriend, learning german so i can talk with family, learning mandarin so i can talk with family, learning the most efficient tetris worthy way to load my dishwasher.

Music, Movies, and Books

i like documentaries on food, nature, aliens, agriculture, and music. i also enjoy artistic movies with dark tones.

i listen to lots of music, but nothing compares to seeing it performed at a concert.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I beer bonged an oatmeal stout (never again), I've jumped out of an airplane (w/a parachute on my back), and I've swam w/galapagos sharks off the Northern shore of Oahu, Hawaii. I dressed up as an orca whale for the warrior dash, I've been paid to sing. I accidently touched toungs w/ a giraffe while at a zoo in Pattaya, Thailand. I've been saved by the grace of God & I was baptized in the Columbia River... & those events were all amazing :)
