ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Bobby, I am a really outgoing person but at the same time can be very content keeping to myself. I am easily entertained and laugh often and am not really looking forward to being a full on grown up!

Also at school here at UF, I have an empty bedroom and extra couch that many a friend of a friend has used so now that I found this site, I am going to allow my house to be available to fellow couch surfers in the fall!

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

87 years from now I don't want people to ask how I died. I want them to ask how I lived.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None officially on this website, but I have had met friendly hosts while traveling abroad in Europe that allowed me and my family to stay with them!

Intereses

I love surfing, working out (running, swimming, lifting), and any racquet sport. I used to enjoy reading then law school kinda ruined that for me so at home I also like to watch TV and movies. I don't party too much, and mostly just drink socially when those types of occasions arise. I don't do any drugs, but their presence doesn't bother me as many of my friends smoke here and there.

Música, películas y libros

I love all types of music! Lately I have had Mumford & Sons, the Lumineers, Fun, etc. on repeat, but I would say my taste is pretty eclectic- I like Acapella, Rap, EDM, Rock, and any type of beach vibes

As for movies, oh man where do I start! I am always down for a good comedy because I love to laugh, but also like movies that make you think. If I had to make a list of favorite movies, I'd go with Good Will Hunting, Billy Madison, Scent of a Woman, and the latest Batman Trilogy, Gladiator. I know I'm missing more but oh well.

Books, I really wish I read more lately, but law school takes up most of my time and makes reading for fun a bit difficult. But this summer I have a long list of reads, mostly non-fiction self improvement type books geared towards finding a legal career that I would love.

Skydiving was probably the greatest thrill I have ever had! I also enjoy surfing and have traveled to many countries and gotten so many great waves as well as met so many cool people.

The only things that I have taught involve being in the water. I was a swimmer my whole life and swam for the University of Florida. I taught swim lessons every summer in high school and coached the Gator Swim Camp while in undergrad. When I have time, I still do private lessons in the summer.

Also, I am an avid surfer and have two longboards that are great for teaching people how to surf. I honestly believe that surfing can bring anyone a happiness and joy that is unparalleled and unlike anything you've ever done before!
