@ home, heading to study in Passau soon
I am a graduate from German Highschool. I live in a small town called Haag an der Amper which is just about 40 minutes from Munich. I have always loved travelling, experiencing new cultures and getting to know people from these cultures. Furthermore I am keen on reading, learning new languages and being outside.
I belive that you should live life to the fullest, as you only got one. Furthermore I want to contribute to the "greater good", which is pretty hard to define, but well I will try my best to contribute to humanity as a whole in whatever kind of way. I will give you a nice quote by Horace Mann which expresses pretty much what I mean:
"Be ashamed to die until you have won some victory for humanity."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Up to now I concentrate on surfing. Later, when I have my own flat I will also be able to host surfers. As I find the project a very good idea which fosters cultural exchange and enables people to get to know each other I will try to do my best.
I have stayed with many Couchsurfers and always had very good experiences with them. I surfed couches in North America and Europe so far.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My South Africa trip this year was just amazing! I went to Kruger National Park to see the wildlife which was just stunning. My following visit to Cape Town including a hike up Lion's head and going down the Cape Peninsula with a short visit to Cape Point National Park were just awesome experiences I never want to miss!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you basic German and English skills. Furthermore I know a lot about modern electronic devices. I would love to learn an instrument like the piano. And I am keen on learning new languages or become better at the ones I already have some basic knowledge in, like French.
