What would my best friends say about me??? Well, all of my best friends are different and they all bring out something unique in me...I have diverse friends due to my interests in life. I am a grounded person that has a compassionate heart for people. I love being outdoors with people, but know when I need my time and also enjoy being alone relaxing, shopping, or riding my bike.

I am interested in getting to know surfers! Dancing, running, riding, and swimming.. I am game!!

Interests

Triathlons: At this point cycling is my favorite of the 3 sports, becasue I love flying through the mountains :)

Salsa dancing: I have danced for many years and love getting lost in the music.

Coffee: Ummmm, I go to bed, excited to wake up, thinking about coffee!

Travel: I have spent a lot of time traveling internationally and am beginning to want to travel more state side due to my interest in Triathlons.

I love reading about nutrition, health, psychology, and travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. Brazil: I lived in Cotia, Brazil for 1 year. I helped start a English program and community development project.
2. El Salvador: Jumping 7 waterfalls... I never felt so alive in my life!! I felt so honored to be close to nature and to have such an enriching experience!
3. Century Ride (100 mile Bike Ride): It was an amazing, yet challenging experience that brought a lot of hope and insight to my life!
