ABOUT ME

According to my ex-housemate and very close friend, my manners are as old as the animal bones I work on. In few words, I'm a prehistoric girl! I let you imagine what a prehistoric person is. Actually, I don't really know anyway!
I study archaeozoology between Paris and Aberdeen, but I'm now based in Aberdeen. For the next 3 years I will travel a lot for my research.

Try to do my best, enjoy every moment of life and just be amazed by simple little things.

I can offer a drink and a moment in Aberdeen...when I am around and when I have time, which is quite rare at the moment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love travelling and my "job" gives me this opportunity. Recently I thought it could be a great idea to take advantage of my research travels to meet new people 'cause I don't really have time now to have holidays and fully discover the place where I go. So I count on my future hosts to made me discover their place after a hard day of work!

Movies : detective novels and Sci-fi like Existenz. I like Almodovar, Kusturica, Cronenberg, Gondry movies, Lars von Trier.
Books : detective novels are books I like the most. I especially like detective novels including art or archaeology (serie of Iian Pears and Elizabeth Peters). I also like fantasy and sci-fi books.
Music: I listen to Indie-Alternative rock and folk, eletronic and "experimental" music also (PJ Harvey, Pearl Jam, The Clash, David Bowie, Arcade Fire, Beirut, Sunset Rubdown, Modest Mouse, Neutral Milk Hotel, Death Cab for Cutie, M. Ward, Ray Lamontagne, Animal Collective, Emilie Simon, Gravenhurst, Alt-J, Bear in Heaven, Fleet Foxes for example, the list is too long!).

I'd love teaching Backgammon to people I will meet.
I could also talk about archaeology, which is my passion. And my second passion concerns plants and the way how we can use them either for cooking or in medecine. I really like make my own products as often as I can with natural ingredients.
