ABOUT ME

I'm Brad, 26, from Chicago, IL, USA. I work in software development and studied Computer Engineering. I love city life and Chicago has so much to offer. I'm originally from St. Louis and lived in San Diego for a while too. I live right next to Millennium Park and all the museums and tourist attractions in Chicago. The city is so fun, especially in the summer, and there is always something to do.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couchsurfing but I really like the concept. My trip to Europe will be a great way to start and hopefully I'll be able to host people and show them the best of Chicago.

Interesses

I love getting outdoors to go cycling, play soccer, go boating, or getting active in pretty much any way. I also love listening to music, and going to new concerts. Music is a big passion for me, I used to play Drums and Trombone, but gave them up after college. If I am home, I will read a lot or watch movies. I volunteer at a local dog shelter, I love animals.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

I was really thrilled to get to the summit of Mt. St. Victoire, you could see all of provence! A difficult climb, but very rewarding. Another even had to be moving from San Diego to Chicago. The beauty and scale of the American West has not been matched anywhere for me. Tahoe was awe-inspiring, wyoming was incredibly wild, utah had seemingly endless mountains. Another moment that always sticks with me is diving off Calanques in Marseille. Very fun, and exhilarating!
