Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travel experiences are infinitely better when you connect with people who live there. It is the best way to get "off the beaten path" followed by all the other tourists. It is also the best way to learn about the culture and history. But, sometimes it can be difficult to meet locals as a tourist because they are busy with their daily lives. Couchsurfing is one way to meet locals who are passionate about their city and who want to share it with me.
