I am a mild mannered and very relaxed individual with a passion for exploring all aspects of life. I'll give you the shirt off my back if you are in need, and am not above accepting it when needed.

Interests

My interests in life are extremely varied. I enjoy working with my hands and creating things (mostly metal based), listening to all types of music (live and recorded), being outside as much as possible and morning coffee. I enjoy hiking, lake swimming, all types of cycling, cooking, dancing, flying kites, beach combing, road tripping and general tom foolery. I have 2 daughters (10, 6)who grab most of my attention and bring more joy than anything else.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It is tough to pick out a few moments in life that have left me awestruck, but if I had to choose I would have to go with the 8 years spent working in the woods of B.C, ALberta, Manitoba and Ontario, 5 months spent volunteering on the building and maintenance of the Pacific Crest Trail (long distance hiking trail) and the many hours/days/weeks spent touring about the country side on bike.
