ABOUT ME

We are a collective house in Portland, Maine. We enjoy home renovation projects, fermentation, hoola hooping, biking, beekeeping, cooking and baking, gardening, doing crafts, playing board games, and reading. There are five of us currently living here. We are in our twenties and thirties, some are in school and some work. We also live with backyard chickens (pictured) and ducks, and one indoor parrot. We have a wide array of diets in the house, from vegan to meat eating. We all enjoy food a lot and try to eat as locally and consciously as we can. We are a non-smoking, minimal drinking house (not a party house).

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach: herbal medicine, DIY gynecology, coffee roasting, puppet making, knitting/crocheting, raising livestock, massage, bike mechanics, hoola hooping, cake decorating, digital photography.

We would like to learn: new languages, carpentry, circus skills, more musical instruments, singing, fancy bread baking.. Lots!
