I've been living it up in the Sunshine State for about 18 years, I moved here as a wee non-English speaking lad from a paradise on the other side of the equator. Subtly sarcastic, generally positive, and always curious. I'm fascinated by the aesthetic harmony of nature and the overwhelming good in people. Music is my most favorite thing: my happiest times are listening (and dancing) to music at concerts, festivals, at home, or even just on a friend's couch. I am currently in academic limbo as I take my time to prepare graduate school applications. Meanwhile, I long to see and learn from the beautiful places and people that constitute our one of a kind world.

My last trip around the U.S. was greatly supplemented by my experiences Couchsurfing. I met great people and even made lasting friendships that have been maintained to this day! It was the best way to feel at home somewhere far away :)

I love to watch live music and am lucky to have attended many shows.

Philosophy, classics, short stories, poetry... Harry Potter series (like all respectable 90's kids), I'm also a sucker for Alan Moore's graphic novels, Watchmen and V for Vendetta.

I've taken 3 separate cross-country road trips in the U.S.. The first was 3 months long, the second 1 month, and my last one lasted 6 months (stayed in Oregon for 3 of those months).
