Long term resident in Hanoi, with an undemanding schedule, very deeply into all this city has to offer, finding the best Vietnamese food, serching out new Japanese dishes, Looking for the perfect Bun Cha, Cycling around all the streets and lakes, Motorcycles, Reading and abusing caffine with glass after glass of Vietnamese Iced coffee, and most importantly doing my best to test every Bia Hoi in the city
