I like to have a good time. I like being active and exploring the world. I'm part nerd, part jock, and live a semi-retired kind of life. And I'm generally a kind-hearted, 'help an old lady across the street' kind of human.

Interesses

I play a lot of sports (hockey, golf, tennis, snowboarding, wakeboarding, yoga, etc.). When I'm not playing sports, I'm either enjoying a beverage with friends or working on my PhD (speech/music and the brain kind of stuff). I also love music (I play the drums and the guitar), and I surf the interwebs and watch television more than I should.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I read auditory neuroscience textbooks and papers for a living, so when I do read for pleasure, it's usually whatever Clancy or Cussler adventure novel is riding the shelf at the airport bookshop.

I love seeing live music, and am mainly into 'indie' and 'electro' artists these days.

I can't really think of any films that have blown my mind recently, but I'm a big fan of the following tv series: deadwood, the wire, the sopranos, battlestar gallactica, firefly, breaking bad, sherlock, luther, mad men, band of brothers, curb your enthusiam, boss, homeland, futurama, arrested development, family guy, and south park, etc.
