I currenty live off the grid in Panama, in a small developing community, called Kalu Yala. I am the executive chef there cooking mainly for students who participate in our 10-week experiential education program. I love the outdoors and nature, am passionate about food and sustainable food systems, can't get enough music to my ears, and love having good conversations with awesome people.

I can't choose a favourite band, and i love a huge variety of genres, but i'm a sucker for all music where musicians rock out their instruments. My latest favourite movie is Pineapple Express, and favourite books- Game of Thrones, no doubt!
