I've just left a very serious Project Manager job, and I've decided to do some travelling and work out what worthy cause I'll commit the rest of my working life to. I'm also working towards an International Relations degree.
My home is in Bristol but spend a lot of time traveling and volunteering abroad, and will be moving to Bulgaria after a few months travelling.
I spend weekends socialising, going to gigs, raves, parties, festivals, djs/bands etc.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I enjoy hosting people, and show people round preferably at weekends, finding out about music and film recommendations from around the world. And of course food.
I meet most of my house mates through Couch Surfing. Caroline, Ulrik and Tomek being great examples who are now very good friends of mine.
The main focus of my travel recently has been supporting schools in the developing world. So far taken me to Kenya, Tanzania, Moldova and Ecuador. I enjoy nights out, gigs, cycling, running, skiing, yoga, cooking, mid-century furniture design, politics and religion, world affairs, democracy, languages, technology. ***RADIO 4***
