To learn as many languages as possible and get to know as many new people and places as I can on the way
I'm a qualified teacher.
I teach the little kids, that age group that most adults shudder at the thought of.
It's awesome .
My aim was to be able to fluently speak at least 5 languages by the time I'm 30. I'm now hoping to just ace 3 to super-native speaker level...
But in any case, as a marvellous by-product of my efforts to achieve this, I have met some amazing people and experienced wildly different cultures to my own.
I love my life :)
I believe you should think how you can be a better person/make a better world/use your time as best you can every day.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I like to meet up with couchsurfers in whichever city I am living in to give them travel tips etc. and host when I can, when housemates aren't against it.
I have stayed with an amazing couchsurfer in the Mongolian ger district, have met people at coucsurfing meetings in several cities and have given advice, maps, coffee and nonsense conversation to those people just passing through my city :)
I love languages beyond belief, meeting people, ordering a cup of tea and it automatically being black tea with milk (a.k.a. welcome to the UK), playing/losing at chess, hula-hooping, writing lists, contemplating life ventures, camping and bouldering.

I helped set up an international school in Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia with 9 other UK graduates.
Improved my English to the level that allows me to see I've had the word 'decentness' on my profile for about 2 years...
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd like to maintain my German and learn how to play the violin.
I can teach English, German to intermediate level, and intermediate Russian.
I'm also grade 8-black belt-5* in chatting random shit about pretty much nothing. Also known as creative thinking and brainstorming in some circles.
