About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My current mission is to travel and see how it goes. As I will explain down here, travelling helps me decide. Deciding is my mission.
ABOUT ME
I am an apprentice. The strong will to learn more and more cost me 23 years of studentship. Currently I'm an exchange student in Europe and my research areas are gender and migration. I wouldn't say that "I'm an easy-going person", no, I can make troubles. If someone is being sexist, racist, ageist and if s/he is discriminating against any kind of living soul, I won't be easy going at all.
Also, I'm a feminist (devoted and proud) and an LGBT activist, mostly active in my home country.
PHILOSOPHY
Philosophy is not personal.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As the places I lived before is not quite an attraction for the people and as I prefer to stay with the people I know (friends, friends of friends etc.), my participation is quite limited: it's a shame. But I must say that travelling, in my opinion, is not about the places. It's about the people who dwell in that particular space, it's about observing how they enjoy the ups and deal with the downs. It's about how they interact with the place, changing it and being changed by it. I love to see how, say, two people can talk so differently about it city depending on their cultural background, their class, gender etc. It's all about identity.
Interests
Above all, anthropology. Besides that, cooking, reading (feminist texts and American literature)and letting life challenge me.
