About Me

I'm a 22 year old American who is trying to find himself.

I don't have too many pictures of myself or my adventures . I say it's because I "want to enjoy the experience and not remember it from behind a camera," but the real reason is because I'm usually having such a good time I forget to take pictues :P or I lose the camera... like my first poor, poor gopro (how I miss it so)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Being on a tight budget, but still wanting to travel the world, couch surfing seems like the best way to meet and live local life!

Interests

This is why I want to travel. To learn who I am and what I want in life. I've stressed myself out so much over the past few years I've almost forgotten what interests me.

Living among the mountains of Colorado, I love hiking and the outdoors. If I can find a good book that captures me, you won't be able to move me from it. I'm also pretty nerdy and watch anime or My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic on a daily basis.

Music, Movies, and Books

I always hate these sections in profiles because I have so many favorite books, movies, and music that I just can't choose! I'm open to everything, and as long as I can learn something or find entertainment from it I'll probably enjoy it.

In general I LOVE stories of any kind be it in music, film, or a great book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in high school, I was fortunate enough to be a part of a youth choir in the Colorado Springs Children's Chorale. In 2010 our choir was one of many invited to participate in a concert version of Eric Whitacre's opera Paradise Lost at Carnegie Hall. Being able to perform such wonderful music with a fantastic composer in Carnegie Hall was an experience I will never forget!

Teach, Learn, Share

Being the inexperienced young adult that I am, I am open to learning and experiencing the wonders of life. I want to experience the world and in turn share that with more people as I meet them on this life journey.
