Travel, experience cultures, meet interesting people, grow.We'll be traveling together for about 6 months starting November.

ABOUT ME

We've been teaching in Korea for the last 3-5 years, where we met. We consider ourselves to be friendly, sincere, outgoing-sometimes reserved, sometimes nerdy. We're both interested in nature, other cultures, capybaras, proboscis monkeys and raccoon dogs. We love brunch.

PHILOSOPHY

Bryan- I feel we have a duty as human beings to learn about the world and grow more tolerant of one anthers beliefs and lifestyles yet also and its important to experience these things to grow and become more mature. I think we all have an obligation to help others when we can.

Ada- It's a work in progress. I want to be a better person to myself and others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ada hosted 4 couch surfers in Seoul. I really enjoyed it, even though I sometimes felt a bit wary about inviting strangers into my home. Some of them I took for dinner, showed them around my neighbourhood and chatted about living in Korea-where they are from and their travels. I think I will enjoy hosting much more after I have travelled and surfed a bit.

Interessi

Bryan- reading and music, playing the ukulele,nature, meeting friends, cooking breakfast spending too much time on the internet.

Ada- social work, autobiographies, the brain, coffee, yoga, gardening, 'feganism', nature, being skeptical,trying to overcome being skeptical.

We both love good beer.

Ada- I can teach English and Afrikaans. I can listen. And after going to India in November, I should be able to teach yoga. I can share my insights.
