ABOUT ME

I am a very open minded and adventurous person. I absolutely LOVE travel and am a thrill seeker. I like to read and watch movies and drink more than my share of Jack Daniels on occasion:) I have a sarcastic humor but am very easy to get along w/ and helpful and I love to laugh. Sorry, my camera broke recently but I do have pics on myspace it just didn't seem relevant when trying to find ppl to hitch w/ or in couch surfing. I am rumored to be quite a looker but that's just what ppl say. I just look in the mirror and see myself every time so it's nothing I'm gonna get excited about.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that you should live by the golden rule(do unto others as you would have done to you) but also not judge a book by it's cover and try to be accepting of different groups of people. I take a lot of chances and try to live life to the fullest and not focus my whole life around financial pursuits.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I am trying to enrich my experience as well as other surfers by having a good time and trying to ensure that other people I meet have fun as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed at friends houses here and there but that's mostly when everyone is up so late that all anyone wants to do is go to sleep.

Interests

I love books, movies, museums, planetariums, aquariums, travel, amusement parks, helping people and animals, laughing, trying new things, dangerous ventures, picnics, exercise, massage,and having fun.

Music, Movies, and Books

Tool, NIN, Portishead, Nirvana, Korn, Linkin Park, Disturbed, Staind, Metallica, and so many other artists. I like hard rock, classic rock, oldies, hip hop, a little country, techno, reggaeton, and will keep an open mind to new music. I grew up on horror movies but also love fantasy and adventure, action, romance(I tend to keep that to myself:)), comedy, drama, documentaries, and suspense. Examples would be Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, What Dreams May Come, The Dark Knight, The Hangover, Matrix trilogy, LOTR trilogy, Midnight Train, Scarface, Superbad, Pineapple Express, and a million other movies. Books can be anything from health or cookbooks to do it yourself to Anne Rice to classics. I LOVE to read!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done various volunteer work which I always find more fulfilling than my paid jobs and try to always help people in need. I have bungee jumped twice and seen some beautiful jungle and ancient ruins that I'd only previously dreamed of. I don't know that I'm anything amazing but I love to help others whenever possible.

Teach, Learn, Share

As for teaching, I have read into and watched a lot of documentaries and such so I can go on and on but it doesn't mean a lot of ppl. won't blow me off as a quack:) But if I could teach anything it would be about kindness and compassion towards others and how to care for our planet in a more sustainable manner.
