About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see as much of this world as I possibly can in the short time I have here

ABOUT ME

I'm a student in Washington state, but trying to travel and experience more. I am not necessarily trying to stay on people's couches, but meeting up with new people is definitely intriguing. I'm open to new experiences, and hope to meet many new friends through this community.

PHILOSOPHY

Live your life the way you want to, while letting others do the same. Life is too short...

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan and his son Jakob, James Morrison, Mayer Hawthorne, Ray Lomontagne, Peter Bjorn and John, The shins, Vampire Weekend, Cold War Kids, Ghostland Observatory, Ratatat, some electronic and some hip hop. I really have a broad taste in music.

Some of my favorite movies include; American Beauty, The Great Escape, Momento, Swingers, Eternal Sunshine, 8 1/2, Burn After Reading, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Inglorious Basterds, I Love you Man, Orange County, Thank you for Smoking, Religulous, The Virgin Suicides.

I like reading a lot in my spare time, but some of my favorite reads lately have been Heavier than Heaven, Into the Wild, and City of Thieves. Chuck Palahniuk has been one of my favorite authors over the last couple years. I also just read Laird Hamilton's 'Force of Nature' which is pretty inspirational and I'd recommend giving it a read. Other than that, I spend a lot of time reading whatever I come across that seems interesting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen and done many amazing things in my life, but one thing stands out. I went to Tunisia with my family in high school and while there, I got to check out the set of the movie Star Wars. I'm a little bit of a nerd.

Countries I’ve Visited
