About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Taking another shot at my 20's... now that I am in my 30's and know better... right?
ABOUT ME
I walk faster & talk faster than most people I encounter. I attribute it to my family - large in number, small in size & quick-witted ... so, similarly to people addicted to food because they had to eat fast at the dinner table, I am addicted to debate because I had to out-talk family members in order to be heard... but mostly I just like to make people laugh. My curiosity never subsides and I have recently learned there is evidence to support my claim: according to Meyers-Briggs, I am an ENTP. If you are one, you know what I mean. If you have no idea what that is, good for you because once you know, it's all you think about...
PHILOSOPHY
Sometimes I feel I have to see the world and sometimes I find simple comfort staying home. I like to think that makes me flexible.
If you don't find enjoyment in the little things, you might never find enjoyment.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At the moment my participation is simply trying to finish a profile in 2 or less sittings.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven't surfed any couches, yet. I have stayed up all night because I didn't have a place to sleep or camped on the train station floor.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am trying to read everything by: Somerset Maugham, John Steinbeck & Pearl S. Buck... mostly trying to make up for faking book reports in high school. And, I always enjoy David Sedaris.
Easier to say what music I don't like: Reggae (sorry it all sounds the same to me) and Experimental Jazz. But, in general all music is good if it's live music. Thoroughly enjoying Pulp right now for some reason.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Mahler's Symphony 5 performed in Germany that moved me to uncontrollable tears. Still can't explain it.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn better photography skills, Spanish and refine my sewing skills.
I can teach how to use Excel to manage just about any type of project or lifestyle... would like to translate that to an online tool somehow.
