Very difficult to answer this question, due to the wide spectrum in all of these fields, so about music I would say ethnic music, movies mostly when related to social issues and about books I think I can quote Orwell as one of my favurite one

I do not really think I did one amazing thing in my life but yes I am sure I did a lot of little good things

There are two fields where I feel myself to be able enough to teach someone else doing the first steps, one is photography, the other is making bread and Italian pizza
