About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to stay open to the endless wonders of this earth and life! And to pass this on to my son Robin

ABOUT ME

"all about me"??? help! always a tricky one. best to just meet up !!

PHILOSOPHY

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.Love never fails.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As we are currently moving abroad (to New York), I cannot host at the moment, but am very happy to meet up and show our lovely Freiburg. You could say I specialise in Freiburg and surroundings with small kids - let me show you the best playgrounds and take you to beautiful pram-able walks up in the mountains or down in the valley. I assure you, it's super possible to have outdoors adventures even with a toddler :-)
I am planning to couch-surf a bit this summer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

none so far, but heard so much about it! the idea is wonderful!!!

Interests

Music - I play various instruments, though my main one in the 'Cello. I love it! When I am not traveling I play in orchestras and also enjoy chamber music.
I obviously like traveling, especially sitting at places for a long time, just looking. I like to travel slow and get excited about all the "little things". My son Robin is a great teacher in this!
I love walking and being outdoors!
Reading and writing; photography; being with friends and family and around kids; getting crafty and creative; gardening; ...donkeys!!!...
