Well at the moment I am on a year working holiday - so most definitely my idea of life at the moment is to be open to what it is that life offers up.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am kind of new to couchsurfing, although i did surf in France about 5 years ago. My partner hosted in Australia a few times too.

I just think it's a cool concept, and would like to do a bit of surfing this year.

I once ended up in Thailand involuntarily on my way from England to Australia... long story.

If you are cooking a curry - asian style - don't forget kaffir lime leaves. They are the key! I was making curry pastes for ages and it wasn't quite cutting it until I used them. And chilli=good. Not just for currys, everything (almost!)
