My mission is to keep developing my self in many different levels, a mental one by learning about nature and sustainability; a physical one by doing yoga and dancing, a spiritual one by doing meditation and singing; an emotional one by connecting with people, building friendships and love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couch surfing is a great way of connecting with people in a real way.
Is a gift to meet the people that inhabits the places where I travel, as well as it is a gift to meet them when they come where I live.

Interests

I´m really into sustainability, I want to be it, and help others to be it as well.
So I´m learning about permaculture, and how nature works. And when I have the chance I help out in gardens and farms, thinking about making my own very soon.

I´m also interested in arts, because I think its an essential thing in human nature.
So I´m learning to play guitar, and I love singing and dancing. but I try to express my self in all the different ways I can, like painting and writing...

Music, Movies, and Books

Waking life, Princes Mononoke, I heart Hucabies and movies that make you think and laugh...
Music I like all the music that is "good" I mean (thought through), and made with the heart and not just for selling. My favorite categories are Balkan, like Emir Kusturica, or classic rock, CCR. I'm open to a lot of music, but what I really like is singing.
I like reading books that teach you stuff,and open your mind. Like Victor Schauberger books, or Jared Diamond.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was really amazing last week when I went up a big mountain in the middle of the Pirinies, with friends and we slept in a shepherds cabin. Talking with him I realize the amazing inner peace he reached just by being alone in nature. And how important and healthy that is.

I think its really beautiful and enrichness to see my friend Paola doing her best raiseing her baby in natural ways that are totaly oposite to the common ways of people that surounds her, but she keeps following her beliebes

Teach, Learn, Share

I know quite a lot about permaculture and sustainable living.
I can tell you a lot about wild edibles and medicinal plants.
and I am very interested in exchanging ideas about sustainable agriculture.
I also love to share my knowledge on Non violent Communication and Dynamic governance.
I also practice yoga and I enjoy practising it together.

What I Can Share with Hosts

All my knowledge I can share it with anyone that is curious to ask.
With hosts I can also share my energy and specific ideas.
I can actually have a look at your living spaces and suggest some "permaculture twikking". i LOVE making gardens, so I could also help with that on top of preparing food and cleaning of course.
