About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Let it glow, let it show, go with the flow

ABOUT ME

My traveler's spirit is strong and bold!

I love hip hop, yoga, smoking the occasional joint and sitting in the sun wherever I am. I like to meet new people when I'm out and about, but I love to get some alone time to just meditate, read & write.

I don't believe in coincidence - everything life brings us is meant to be, because we either bring it on ourselves or the universe brings it to us. :)

PHILOSOPHY

We have the power inside each of us to decide what we want to do with our lives - it's up to us whether or not we choose to do it.

I'm personally at the point where I am choosing to do things and I am making things happen in life. After spending several years getting to know myself (and still working on it!)

My friend told me before I left Vancouver: "When you are traveling, if it won't kill you, always say YES."

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Bring it on! :)

Music, Movies & Books

I LOVE books - I am obsessed with books. Love to read, love to absorb information! So many books, so little time...

-----------------------------------

Traveling, these are the books I have with me: "Paths to God: Living the Bhagavad Gita" by Ram Dass "Breathing Space" by Katherine Repka

I've also picked up: a used copy of a cheap novel called "Fame Fatale" that my sister left behind in Prague a few years back "Don't Tell Mom I Work on the Rigs" by Paul Carter and "Lolita" by Vladimir Nabokov

One Amazing Thing I've Done

Gone skinny-dipping during black dark night in the water on the Sunshine Coast (very near to Vancouver), where the phosphorescence light up in the water when you move. Beautiful, highly recommended.

----------------------------------------

Taking a "short cut" at Hazmburk Castle in the Czech Republic that we found out after we climbed a cliff to the top was actually not a short cut but a way for people to get in without paying. Nice!

---------------------------------------

Smoking a joint on the U-Bahn in Berlin at 5am on a Monday morning with a group of people from my hostel. Fucking amazing...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you what I know... but I don't know how much I know. Test me?

I want to learn a little bit about everything and everyone! I want to learn about people. :)

Countries I've Visited

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia, Switzerland, United States

Countries I've Lived In
