ABOUT ME

I am a spontaneous and curious person. My friends tell me I am original and different from others. Travel is one of my hobbies: I like to explore the world, meet new international people and see new places. I am smiling most of the time, but that doesn't mean I could not be sad from time to time. I often think about life. I try to be mindful in the Present Moment (I have a very active mind). I really enjoy music, mainly Jazz and Blues. I play classical guitar in an academical musical group in Portugal. I like to read a good and inspiring book. I also love to cook!

My main spiritual goal is to live in the present, and not in the past or in some projections of the future. When you stop the agitation, the water just naturally goes back to its natural state. Then when it's calm and clear, it has the hability to reflect things as they are. Just is the Mind and all its thoughts.

Zainteresowania

I am studying for my Pharmacy Master thesis a brain cancer named glioblastoma, so I have some interest in oncology. I am part of an academic musical group (a portuguese "TUNA"). I love to play guitar with more people arround me singing with me (at least, is what I do best in my group). I like to cook. I love traveling. I also like very much to run, but right now I stopped for a while because of knee injuries I got when training for a half-marathon.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

- When I was 8 years old I went to Expo 1998 in Lisbon wearing a pijama (my mother was sleeping in my bedroom and I didn't want to wake her up).
- On the first year of the University I was voted by the students from all years as "Fresher of the Year"
- I had some nice animals when I was younger: besides the two squirels and a frog, the chamaleon was my favourite
- Recently I went to Catania (Sicily, Italy). When I was in the hotel resting, I was seating and watching the Etna Vulcano and suddently it became active. A lot of lava and smoke coming from the top! That was something nice to see
- I have been in Europe, America, Africa and Asia (Istanbul counts right?!). So I just have to go to Antarctida and Oceania to see all the 6 continents.
