PHILOSOPHY: "Smile and be kind. It will get better".

There is a thought that comes to mind every end of the year since 2009. It is a quote from the film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button:

“For what it’s worth: it’s never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of. If you find that you’re not, I hope you have the courage to start all over again.”

It took me some years to leave my comfortable life in Madrid as a TV Journalist to live a life I am proud of so I had to start all over again.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I relocated in London in 2012 and I am so fascinated by people, cultures and languages that I cannot think about visiting a country as a "tourist" anymore and I would love hosting people who feel the same.

Unfortunately I share a flat with two more people as the rents in this city are crazy and I plan to pay a mortgage somewhere by the Mediterranean sea in the future rather than paying a tin size flat in London so I am not available to host people as often or as much as I would love to. But please feel free to contact me if you feel I am the host you are looking for.
