I am a professional writer who telecommutes. Since I don't waste time commuting, there is time in the evening for doing community theater, learning to play the bass, and knitting. I do a LOT of knitting.

It's also fun to renovate my house and build things. My degree was in theater design which comes in very handy when writing manuals and documents - honestly. It also helps when decorating / designing home updates. A good hobby with long-lasting results.

Invited to help a family member who, unfortunately, has cats. I'm horribly allergic to cats - I love them but find it hard to breathe in their company. SO I need a place to stay and work while in town.
