About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I work hard most of the year, so vacation for me = escape from my routine!
ABOUT ME
I have a "life to-do list" and am very excited to check some of the things on that list. Traveling in the Eastern Provinces of Canada is one of them, and I hope to make a road-trip happen there this summer with a very good friend of mine. Couchsurfing would definitely be a great way to meet people and discover less-known places that will not make me feel like a tourist.
Traveling to Europe, surfing in Bali and walking the GR20 in Corse are also amongst the dreams I have. The great news is: these are all dreams I can one day hope to realize! The only thing I need is time...!
PHILOSOPHY
Make the best of each day!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am interested in finding nice people who would receive my friend and I over for one or two nights this summer, in Nova Scotia, Gaspésie or NewFoundland. I wonder if there are many couchsurfers in the Eastern Provinces...
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have many friends who had a successful couchsurfing experience. I have yet to try it myself!
Interests
I like outdoors activities: hiking, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, etc. The important thing is to be in nature, and to have beautiful scenery to observe.
I also enjoy reading (about anything and everything!,
Finally, cooking is a therapy for me. When I participate in a canoe-camping expeditions, cooking is always an important moment of the day, when everyone gets together to work at a common goal and make something delicious before, during or after a day outside.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went alone on a hicking trip in the Adirondacks. Everything I needed to sleep, eat, wear, etc. was in my bag, which I kept on my back for the whole trip. I felt great, free from all the material excess that surrounds my "civilized life". I met plenty of great and interesting people, so I was not at all alone. It was an eye-opening experience.
