ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Caroline. I am a teacher of small children and an adventure seeker, living in the beautiful city of San Francisco, CA.

I have a distinctive laugh, and I laugh quite a bit. I have a tendency to find big joy in small things.

As a host, I enjoy putting people at ease and filling their bellies with good things to eat. As a guest, I tread lightly and don't need much. When I travel, I seek out places to wander and see art. I go in search of music and good people and yummy food. If there is a mountain nearby, I will probably want to climb it.

Lately, my life motto has been: "say yes"

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couchsurfing, but have hosted couch surfers staying with friends of mine over for dinner in my home.

I have always been struck by the beauty of connecting with strangers, who become no longer strangers by the end of the night. I love to share food and stories with fellow travelers

Interessi

I love to drink tea, throw dinner parties, grow vegetables, ride my bike up hills, hike to beautiful places, go on road trips and camping trips, make soup, connect with people young and old.

I am a dancer and yogi, a runner and a cyclist. I am happiest when I am in motion.

I love making food, sharing food, and eating food. Especially vegetables. And cheese. Oh, and I do love to drink a good beer.

I would love to talk all day about education, making art, building community, and living sustainably...preferably over a cup of coffee or a class of wine!
