I am currently taking a year off of teaching cooking to high school students. Although hanging out in the kitchen all day is my passion, so is travelling. This is why I am taking a year away to travel the world, meet new people and live an inspired life!
I am travelling with my partner Mike, also from Edmonton in Canada.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing as a way to travel to as many places as possible and have a culturally invested experience, by connecting to people who are local and free-spirited!

Interests

An ideal day back in the city would include riding my bicycle to the market, sharp cheese, basil, tomato from local sellers. Yoga. Beer in the sun. Live music and a house party!

I love all sorts of music from blues, jazz, klezmer, funk, grunge, folk, soul...you name it. But most of all I enjoy live music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I rode my bicycle from Vancouver to SanFransisco.... camping on the beach and eating over the fire every nights!
