About Me

Giving myself one year to be completely selfish and do whatever I want.

I quit my job in November to travel the world, experience new adventures and meet as many people as possible to up my Facebook popularity.

Karma. Just be good to others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

How I participate? If it's a dance floor it usually begins with a little meet and greet with Vodka first.

If it's meeting people- a simple "Hey, what's your name?" typically gets the conversation going.

If it's exploring a new country/city... It typically begins when I pull myself off of Facebook.

I've never couch surfed... I've always relied on a friend who has couched surfed before, tested the springs on the couch and then suggested I stay there as well. I figured I'd finally put my big girl traveling pants on (yes, they're army green with many pockets and made with a fast drying material for any adventure!) and create my own couch surfing profile!

On a worldly level: meeting new people, living in new places, the outdoors, great coffee, live music, architecture, the arts, good vegetarian food, red wine...

On a shallow level: pop music, Facebook, twitter, instagram- specially the Valencia filter, celebrity gossip...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quitting my job and taking off to travel.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love meeting people who are passionate about where they live. They're the most eager & hospitable people- and I always end up having the best time with them.
