ABOUT ME

I read an article recently titled "I travel the world so I don't have to be afraid of it anymore.' This concept has inspired me to take an eight month solo trek around the world to the places that sound the most unlike my own home in the US. I want to return with wonderful stories of loving people and exhilarating adventures gallivanting through parks, soaking in world class cities, trekking through mountains and villages, absorbing cultures and spiritualities that have felt inaccessible to me for so long.

PHILOSOPHY

Just trying to bridge the gap between who I am and who I want to be by staying educated, embracing adventure, and having loving relationships.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For the next eight months (until June of 2014), I will be on the road traveling as a couchsurfer. I can bring photos and stories of my home to share with you.
Although I love food, I am a mediocre cook but excellent at cleaning and organizing! I will be a quiet and respectful guest, and will pay forward hospitality when I return to Seattle as my apartment is excellent for visitors!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although I have not officially couchsurfed through this site, I have been a sofa dweller and floor squatter many times in my life. I am very grateful for these helpful accommodations that allowed me to travel to many parts of the USA!
