My philosophy? Ha ha ha like I would know.
I was put here and I just have to endure it.
And at times it is quite nice.
Any one read "the dice man"? Or "Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance"? Or "Gautamas 9th sutra"?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am here.
I am in debt.
I have visited 60 countries.
I have spent 1/3 of my life away from my native country.
I have been helped and received in so many ways.
I want to give back.
Setting up the farm I am living at so that it can function in a small scale ecological sustainable way.
Freediving and extreme breath holding (yes OK I do stop breathing at times), yoga and meditation. I am a health freak, no drugs, no smoking, rarely meat, I avoid TV, and sugar, and too much alcohol, and overly religious people (prefer spiritual people).
Psychology and philosophy has a tendency to invade my life. I want more agriculture in my life. Sometimes I climb.
I may move back to sailing again.
Music, Movies, and Books
Less and less.
I like the truth - and it seems to be hard to find.
It only exists in scale 1:1
Unprocessed and unfiltered by anyone (but me).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Discovered what I can do with my body.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have finally figured out how to stand on my hands (I am already supreme at standing on my head). I can teach any one to hold their breath for 3 minutes in exchange for some tips on how to get the higher notes out of my reluctant flute.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, reflections and some practical skills.
