ABOUT ME

i am cedric born in france on 23rd of february 1982 in longjumeau (near paris) but i lived a big part of my life in a small of brittany, west of france. at 16, i decided to go to school far away from and went to a catering and hotelkeeping school in saint nazaire. i stayed 3 years and i decided (again) to stay 3 more year for spcialisation in restaurant and kitchen management. the 6 best year of my life.
2004 is the year i got my final diploma and to move far away again, and i landed in dublin (first time) to work in a very famous restaurant over there, named after the chef patrickguilbaud. the job was hard as hell but learned me to straight with my work and to be the best as possible with very high standards. after a year, i moved to Orlando, Florida "the sunshine state", to work for a famous french chefs, paul bocuse. it wasn't my first time here in big O, i already been here few times at UCF for studying english. the after a year again, i moved back to france for free vacation at mums and dads home. then everything went fast i first found a job on a cruise line, that i worked 20 days from nice in france to stockholm sweden. when i quit this one, i found a job in edinburgh for 2 month in a french bistrot and in september 2007 i came in ireland (second) to work for ritz-carlton at the gordon ramsay restaurant. and now i am still here.

as well to decribe myself, i'am tall 6"3' (191cm) and not very athletic, i like lots of sport, going out with friend, going to the cinemas but most of all, i love music, a bit of everything and a lot of rock, punk,ska ,oi ,.......
