Watched the sunrise over Annapurna Mountain range and Elephant trekking in Chitwan National Park - both in Nepal.

Discovered the wonders of Sabah, Borneo: Kota Kinabalu, scuba diving the top dive sites of Sipidan and Mabul Islands off the coast of Semporna and came face to face with the amazing Orangutangs living in the Sepilok Orangutang Sanctuary.

Summitted Mt. Kilimanjaro - the highest point in Africa and the largest free-standing mountain in the world - with my son and his best friend for my 50th birthday.

Watched the great migration and the sunrise over the Masai Mara game reserve in Kenya from a hot air balloon.

I would love to share the beauty of the Appalachian Mountains of North Georgia. They are filled with natural wonders...to include numerous waterfalls and hiking trails (Springer Mountain, the southern terminus of the Appalachian Trail - a 2100 mile foot trail from Georgia to Maine)is just south of here. These mountains are where I live with my loyal companions Bear and Snuffy. Bear is a black lab mix who found me in the mountains and Snuffy is a warm, affectionate cat who befriended my family eight years ago. Together we live in our little cabin in the woods (with indoor plumbing).
