We are Charles and Katie, soulmates, American students who want to travel and learn about the world. To do this, we are becoming part of the couchsurfing community. We wish to have adventures in South America and Europe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None! We just signed on! We have traveled before around the US, Mexico and Canada but always stayed with friends/family or booked hotels.

Interests

We like to talk/argue about comparative politics, political science, global studies. Cooking, biking, jogging, music, art, beer, economics, American history, world history, Vietnam, legal studies, the American Civil War, European History.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We want to see amazing things! Together we have zip-lined in Playa del Carmen, ATV rides through the jungle, swam in the Pacific & Atlantic, walking downtown Chicago, wandering the American midwest.

Teach, Learn, Share

We have studied a great amount of American history and politics, as well as the American legal system. We also have studied many aspects of business, from accounting to finance to economics. If you have any questions we will do our best to provide you with a good answer, or at least point you in the right direction.
