CURRENT MISSION

Be a graduate student, in hopes of increasing my job prospects with Physics and Math! I must attend a teacher training program though so that's why I'm here!

ABOUT ME

I'm more than 90% sure that my friends would describe me as an extremely nice, intelligent, and fun person. They've reported to me that others say I'm one of the nicest people they've ever met, but I think this might be going to an extreme!

I like to think that I work hard, as I just recently graduated with a BS with a double major in Math and Physics from the University of Connecticut. I'll be pursuing graduate work in Applied Mathematics, but don't worry, my personality doesn't quite fit the stereotype!

Interests

In addition to my professional interests in math and physics and engineering, I like to volunteer as a singer and, more recently, as the host to several video productions for the local access station in my hometown of MA. When I have time for them, I enjoy a good game (especially one involving strategy). I love nature, and find either hiking or just taking a stroll to be refreshing and fun.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Falling in love for the first time.
Seeing the moon when its both full and at its nearest distance from Earth.
Doing research in Livermore, CA and Minneapolis, MN.
Discovering the intimate influence of the Almighty on my life (I'm not dogmatic in this way, I just find God to be present through so many events and love it).
