Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I once had a friend call me and tell me he met this guy from Germany and asked if he could stay at my place in Austin. I said, yeah, sure if you trust him. He turned out to be a couch surfer and one of the coolest persons I have ever met. Four years later I'm finally on the website. I plan on traveling a lot this year but I also love having people over and showing them my city.
