About Me
Hi I'm Charlotte a young professional working in the charity sector in the UK.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am new to couch surfing but am hoping to have a few adventures in the next couple of years and I hear couch surfing is an excellent way to keep costs down & meet some cool people along the way!
Interests
Travel! I was fortunate to travel a lot as a child with my family. These trips included camping trips to Rwanda, Japan and Scandinavia. Road trips through the US and visiting my Dad working in the Caribbean. My parents wanderlust definitely rubbed off and I have since as an adult traveled Europe, South America and an soon embarking on a Central America adventure!
As well as travel I am very passionate about environmental issues, sustainability and charity work. These interests have mainly come about through conducting my undergraduate degree research on the threaten biodiversity in the Seychelles and my current work in coordinating clean water solutions to communities in rural India.
I love nature, walking, hiking and of course having the odd adrenaline rush!
