About Me

My current mission is to have a current mission.

I am all about social justice, and believe in the power of authentic love. I'm usually quiet and introspective, but can be totally unhinged when the stars are aligned. Wild at heart, open minded, positive, chaotic, laid back and a little naive at times, love to meet and listen to people tell their stories, enjoy diversity and good solid conversation. When I make a new friendship, they are almost always friends for life.

NOTE: Flag Counter stats are since March 29, 2011.

"All men dream; but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes to make it possible." -- T.E. Lawrence

"Walls exist only because we build them." - Me.

"The person who gives up his individual self and becomes an automaton, identical with millions of other automatons around him, need not feel alone and anxious anymore. But the price he pays, however, is high; it is the loss of his self." - Eric Fromm

"First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win." - Mohandas Gandhi

"The truth is incontrovertible, malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end; there it is." - Winston Churchill.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

Talk about CS to everyone that crosses my path, and spread the good vibes along the way.

I have been quite active with CS'ing since I joined in September 2006, including dozens of stays with truly great people, many of who have become my very close friends! I try to go to CS meet's whenever I am able to, and contribute to several discussion forums (mainly Philosophy!).

One Amazing Thing I've Done

Spent 7 months travelling across the U.S. Building houses in Monument, Camping in Ouray and Utah was deathly cold (camping in December), and very astounding! Cooking Debbies homemade talames in the Mojave Desert was magical.

My 5 month stay in Europe (mainly Belgrade the beautiful!) was pure and true. Met so many beautiful people. one magical day flowed into the next.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you what I know about the positive and negative forces of energy and how they impact our life, health and creativity.

What I want to learn - speed reading, surviving outdoors under any condition (read "Staying Alive in the Woods"), the art of peace, the secret to thriving commerce-free sustainable communities, mind over matter, truth.

Countries I've Visited
